Text nessage saying Hi mum, I'm texting you from my friends phone. Can you text my new Wahtss Aapp number 079012 14831. I dropped and smashed my phone. It stopped working. Just to clarify my son has not smashed his phone.

SCAM the called stated he was from National Debt Solution and gave me their website as www.nationaldebtsolution.co.uk told me the Government had sent him my details for a debt write off program. Then wanted details from me !! Total scam and in breach of the rules set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), including specific guidelines about how they contact you. This number is a scam. My mum received a message from this number purporting to be me saying that I had broken my phone and could she use another number to message me on Whatsapp. This is the "Mum I've lost my phone scam" and this number cannot be trusted.

This is a scam caller, pretending to be from O2. - They tell you that they have sent two texts and can they have the code. When you read the texts they are from O2. It says that if someone calls and asks for this code THEY DO NOT WORK FOR O2. Avoid at all costs.

Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.

Second message through WhatsApp within 2 hours different numbers but both from same location just north of blackburn message just says hello, probably e expecting a reply asking who is messaging ,Dont answer just block number and report, most probably some sort of scam trying to get your info

Call center / SCAM Initially received a strange call supposedly from a call centre in Laos saying they were calling on behalf of Accenture Recruitment UK. I was then contacted by this number via WhatsApp & they have been relentlessly trying to get me join a part time job opportunity to make extra income with very little effort for a company called 'Dynatrace' even though I have repeatedly said that I am not interested. Finally blocked & will be reporting the number.
