Phoned me on my personal mobile 05 Dec 2016 claiming deals on international payments. No idea where they traced my number from.
A man, Asian accent and couldn't catch his name. Said he was calling from Calamity Advice Company about a recent accident I had. When I asked for his website he hung up. Not sure where this would have led, but an obviously unsolicited call to my mobile which may have ended up being fraudulent.
Online scammer called Emma, Constant claims for goods as faulty, not received and getting money back. You have been warned, do not sell to this scammer as will lose money.

The number is legitimately Carphone Warehouse. I made a purchase over the phone and instantly regretted it as I was worried I'd just been scammed, but I rang up Carphone Customer Services and it was a legitimate transaction that had gone through their system. Someone from TalkTalk called me but I could not understand a word he was saying. Some foreign guy who could not speak English plus the phone had a distorted sound. I had to hang up as it was really winding me up!

Received phone call asking me if I had paid into a pension, said they were a review body and has got my name, address and mobile number from a government agency. He said he would give me his details so I could feel happier about doing the review but I declined saying I was not prepared to give out or confirm anything.
Have had several calls from this number and each time they will not give me details of who they really are - insisting it is a public service backed by the government on how to write off debt! They won t take me off their call list (number registered to German company) and I ve tried using BT caller refuse and call preference and still getting at least 4 calls per week from these maggots!
