Claiming to be from a legal company asking about a car accident I'd had in the past 2.5 years (which I haven't had). This is the third time I've been called, first two times was from a Kilmarnock number. I have not had a car accident during this time. A scam where they put in an insurance claim saying you were injured even if you weren't.

Try to make you say yes by asking all kind of questions like are mr/ms this and this, can you hear me, are you there ect. Probably they record the yes and copypaste your yes to some other voice track.
