I don't know think its safe I got a virus in my phone for a while and aI thought my Fb might be hacked ! I just went into my settings no where my WhatsApp was ,my own number was there . But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. Someone using this phone number in WA as +44 7879164010 and forcefully sending parcels to deliver as a gift and charging Indian currency 25000 INR for custom clearance. This is a cyber crime happing everyday.

I had this phone number ring myself and when I tried to ring back the line was dead.
This was a recorded message saying your credit card had been used, (no name, no card reference) for a payment to Amazon and a large payment to an over sea recipient and to press 1, to allow the transaction or 2 to speak to an advisor to stop the transaction. Using 1471 to check the caller number, the number given was a 16 digit number. 0179582197582587. This was definitely a SCAM call.

SCAM - hang up! Telling you a story with your data they've found on the internet and trying to make you pay for a security service that doesn't existing. Just social engineering to scare you and get your money. Do not answer this phone number although it wont be long in service. Scammers probably sit somewhere in India or East-Europe.

Call pretending to be HMRC threatening legal action unless one speaks to an agent by pressing the number one. I did not do that as I suspect that would then be charged at an exorbitant rate.
I've had two missed calls from this local phone number, but they don't bother to leave a message & when I phone back it is an automated message that let's me know that nobody will answer and I can't leave a message. If you don't warn someone you're going to phone, they're not going to answer. My only guess is that it's someone from the council or Severn Trent possibly.

rang 11-05-2022 claiming to be BT internet we just hung up. we live in the Leeds LS25 area.
This number called Primeleed who contacted me on WhatsApp to help me to prepare all my documents to make an application true to them. They were going to get my grants and everything but they are not communicating by email which is strange. When I ask them to send me an email they don’t send any email. They gave me an email address and I send them the documents by that email address but they never responded. So strange

I had a call today from a South African sounding lady, from London number 020 8089 6127 said she was calling from a company called Teabag that got my suspicions up straight away, asked to speak to me by name, so she already had my name and phone number somehow. Said that she understood, I had lost money in an investment and would I like to get it back, I asked how she got my name and phone number and she immediately hung up. This is obviously a scam,
This number called me, an automated voice said that it was customs and revenue and that I owed tax. I hung up before the message was finished.
