Don t be so daft to phone them back, let them call you if they want to speak to you. They are just trying to get you or me to pay for the call cost. I think the call was regarding a negative balance on my PayPal account. I can t be certain of this, but this is all I can think off as PayPal have never phoned me ever before.

They mis-sold over the phone to my relative who has disabilities and does not understand what he is signing up to. I am now trying to retrieve £210 that was taken from him by direct debit.
