call with a very noisy background and slow to answer when I picked up, claimed to be from an insurer but very evasive and unwilling to indicate from whom he was calling. seemed to be a Scammer, cold caller or very unprofessional.

Called us trying to get us to “renew” a care plan, and only wanted our bank account details so they could send us renewal details. Claimed that “under GDPR, they could not retain those details”. Female, said she was from India. Very, very persistent and aggressive; repeatedly asking what my name is. I hung up. She called back a few times, I didn't answer calls. Blocked number & switched phone off.

I am moving from BT because of horrific service. I received a short automated message from BT - stating that they were taking over my line. I called to query this. The guy who answered verified my number, but it was not my number. I told him it was not mine and he abruptly hung up. I called back - the second call handler couldn’t understand the situation and became annoyed and hung up. My phone rung again and it was a scam call centre from abroad offering to cover my washing machine but I was to pay today.

Pretending to be from Carphone Warehouse, quickly hanged up after I made them aware I'll be recording the call.

Claimed to be from Vodafone, offering a 40% discount on my monthly bill, before proceeding to ask me what my monthly bill was. I hung up. Clearly a scam, which sounds like it's coming from India.

This number (from Norway!) called on 05.06.2023 - telling me there have been suspicious transcations on my credit card - which was not true. Attempted fraud - blocked number.Fraud
