It's the same fools that think that anyone is going to respond to a spam email. These malign excuses for a soul are a tedious menace who interfere with legitimate business and should be tracked down, prosecuted and landed with very hefty fines... then sent home.

No voicemail message left - presumably a scam. This may be unfair, but if you phone from a mobile and neglect to leave a voicemail it will be assumed that you are selling/scamming. Nobody answers unknown numbers these days.
