THIS IS CLEARLY SCAM AS THEY ARE TRYING TO GET YOUR LOGIN DETAILS TO THEN EMPTY YOUR BANK ACOUNT AS PAYPAL ACCOUNTS ARE LINKED TO YOUR DEBIT CARD AND THEREFORE TO YOU BANK ACCOUNT. I had an automated call from this number, even though it was automated it still sounded a bit threatening, a lot of people would have done as it asked out of fear due to the threatening nature of the automated call. I have reported it to HMRC as well.

No idea who it was. Think its one of the automated calling bots that I thought were now illegal in the UK. Reason I think this? I called it back and it cut off on first ring.
I believe the email I received regarding a BT bill is a scam like several previous ones as the address is not a BT one. This is the phone number quoted in the email.
