We get calls from them every couple of months - typically one to my landline (silence and then the person hangs up) followed by an immediate call to my mobile (which I rarely answer). Everest does good-quality work, and has good after-sales service, but after using them once it s very hard to be taken off their telemarketing lists.

I had a number of missed calls from this unrecognised number and, because of the recent talk talk hacking incident, I decided to try and find out who it was from instead of calling back. The other comments here seem to suggest it s a marketing cold call so I ll just block the number from future calls.

Got call in day asking if Id been in an accident, she didnt tell me who she was, which raised alarm bells right away so I put down the phone. Rung again twice at 1.09am, I didnt answer. I wouldnt say a company calling at 1.09 am could be a good one. Stop ringing me I have no money....
