SCAM claimed to be local from a company offering a free energy assessment, as previous comments, also said she would check if our roof was "tickety-boo" and to give me a quote for solar panels. As soon as I said I already have solar panels already she hung up.
Missed 3 calls from them, on the 4th I answered, they ask questions as if trying to get you to say the word YES! very strange, now blocked them.

There was no third party involved, only myself, yet they keep on ringing and telling me this (presumably they want my bank details). Started off by saying that there are a couple of government initiatives that are around that might be applicable to me. Asked if I have loft insulation and if it is more than 3 years old it will not comply with updated regulations after the Grenfell tower fire. Not sure if this is legit - he wanted to book a half hour survey of my loft. Declined saying that I would check out the government initiatives for myself as this was an unsolicited call.
