This is a total scam. Microsoft would never call you out of the blue, an 0208 number is no where near Reading, and the second number looks like a total invention. nBest to ignore.

My wife gave me a look of surprise today. We had just finished scanning a forty page service manual for a customer who wanted a printed copy posting. Is was getting near the cut off time for the post office, and the laser printer had decided that its drum was reaching the end of its life leavening splodges on the pages. Miss No idea who. Not Crewe phone number. Is Crewe area code, spoofed number. I ignored call. No voice message left. No text or email received either. Similar numbers have called before and I don't answer as end numbers after 01270 are not from within Crewe itself. I know as in Crewe myself.
