Hung up as I answered, used 1471 to get this number , only to be told on ringback that it does not exist. Might be linked to 01424899233 which rang a couple of hours earlier with similar result.
They keep calling but cannot get through because my Call Guardian challenged them, but the number is on my Call list. Every day they call. Sometimes the number appears as 00144 1234919006, this is because they are altering their calling ID on a computer. I believe this is another Indan/Packi scam. They call and want to do Life Style Survey and will ask how you pay for Sky, BT or other utility. This number has tried to call me several times over the past couple of weeks. No voice mail left, just a text to say I have missed a call. I tried to call the number back as have been waiting to find out about a job I applied for. When I called the number nothing happens, no dialling tone, just disconnects straight away :(!!

I ve had this number call me several times over the past few weeks. Normally I hang up just as the message begins. This time I waited until the end of the message, when the it suggests that you can Press 9 to request they don t call again. I pressed 9 and the line went dead. It ll be interesting to see if they stop calling me. If they don t stop, I ll write to OFCOM, and copy a letter to the police and to my local MP, who just happens to be David Cameron.
