I received a call from this number today and they said it was from Aspen Woolf, a property investment company based in London, UK. It all made sense as I had enquired about a property during the weekend. For once NOT a random PPI call!

Well this is some landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts : people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre.
