Pretended to be HMRC and they were calling about a tax rebate £900. Did I have my credit card details to pay back my rebate. I asked for the company number and they hung up.
Tell them straight away you are not interested hang up. then go into "initial set" up on you house phone and put in the number under "BLOCKED NUMBERS". I now have 30 numbers blocked. works a treat.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 12544731xx reported already, mostly with insurance marketing. In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it?
