Insurance/Spam suspected. UK Caller dialled my Swiss mobile and purported to be working on a survey for Swiss government that would take about 1 minute. I was then asked about car and life insurance, so left the call after about 2 minutes and before the 'survey' was completed.

They seem to claim there are seeing errors from my Broadband. Not managed to have a complete conversation the last stopped when I asked for there trouble ticket number.
