Amazon Prime scam - sounds like they are caling from a call centre.
Another spam/nuisance callers number
SCAM - Advised they were from BT, with my router sending back errors to their Main System. Asked them my name, said they were not authorised. Told them that as the owner to my name, I authorised them. Asked to speak to his manager, and they hung up.

This is a scam call probably targeted at Windows users. Do NOT engage with the caller. When they told me the call was "about my computer" I asked who they were. The Indian operative told me that he was from the Technical Support Team. I reminded the caller that this was a common term for any Help Desk, not a company or organisation. I told them that I am an IT professional, not an idiot and he hung up immediately.
