The call was from someone claiming to be from visa saying somebody was trying to draw £900.from my account.

Other practices at Link Financial Outsourcing Ltd which need looking at is their contempt for the Data Protection Act. When Link contact you they might ask you to give them a reference number which they have previously left on your answering machine.
