After several calls in a month, they called me twice in one day so I checked this site. My suspicions are well founded apparently.

Call was silent at first, then the caller said my name. I asked who was calling and despite getting him to repeat the name I couldn't make it out. I said I had never hear...

so far these scammers have phoned me 4 days in a row, 6 on day 1, 3 times day 2, twice yesterday and so far twice today.. When they actually do speak or you hear something.. its either a recording telling you your about to be disconnected from BT and press 1 to connect to bt.. premium rate number.. or you get a indian claiming to be from bt, or they just keep saying hello before putting the phone down.

Left a voicemail which was just laughing...very odd

Guy with Welsh accent tried to tell me I was due a refund on my credit card for some transaction in the last 20 years. When asked said that his company was Ifonic (with an F), was registered with the FSA who had supplied them with my phone number in a database. I thanked him and rang off as you would do.

Why do I get these calls
