Had quote from this company, they have made follow up calls and offer to match other quotes! Don't like that idea they shouldoffer their best deal in the first place.

Melville consultants visited my company saying they could appeal and reduce our business rates. The person who visited was Peter John. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs. Aggressive, insistent, tells me my computer is about to be "thrown off" by Microsoft & Windows. Was previously on phone for 2 hours grinding me down & put something on my computer which I had to pay for. I then had to take computer to a ligit place to have the scam removed, but they have called again today insisting I have to do as they say, which I did not do this time - once bitten and all that.
