SCAM Automated Scam call claiming to be from Amazon and that £399.00 had been taken from debit card. Requesting that I press "1" if the order was not made by me.
NCA has called me, from a vodaphone, odd. described freezing my NI number unless I spoke to an officer. I had literally just woke up and kinda panicked so hit 1 and it immediately disconnected. I woke up and realized how much of a scam this was that my sleepy head didn't notice, surely they would just send the police round? Why have a robot calling me? Why not confirm the last character of my NI no so I know they are legit? SCAM even I got caught up in, they called back and there hindi in background

Missed the call, but I believe its a premium rate no so if you call it back you may incur charges.
Attempted phishing scam. Claim we had agreed to sponsor safety books for schools. I have reported this scam to ActionFraud (http://actionfraud.police.uk/), so I suggest you do the same & get these crooks shutdown. Also use 02080501467.

This Number Belongs to Lloyds banking group, i was Sceptical to start with but rang my bank (Lloyds) to confirm the persons name and he IS part of Lloyds Group Customer Services.
