Just picked up a call from this number and it was a female bindipper (scouser) claiming to be calling from a company called First Response. She said their system had highlighted an accident I was supposed to have had and asked me whether that rings any bells. I said that surely she would have all the details of an accident there if it was on their system? Called this lunchtime and asked for my wife by name. Having been told who was calling (Kelly from The Energy Centre, allegedly) I asked whether my wife had requested that she be contacted, and was told "No." I said that, in that case, she did not
