Update on my recent moan. Just spoke to a guy at GnatWest - apparently they ve recently had an e mail telling staff what to do about this - so we re not the only ones getting fed up then! It s very easy for them to block any more of these surveys - they just need your name & tel no and that should be an end to them.

A foreign speaking person (possibly of Indian origin) started with the usual stupid questions eg can you confirm your phone number (which they had obviously just dialled) when I told them they knew it as they had just dialled it, they then started asking me to confirm some personal details. When I refused to do this,they then hung up.

I have been getting calls from this number and I blocked them on iPhone. Then they call from another number. It s the same people selling insurance or saying you had accident!! They never leave messages, can t call the number back as there is no ring and no one picks up! It s a scam number run by scam group. I am very annoyed because they used my name when they spoke to me. How did they know my full name?? Beware of is company and this number 08439800143 and other numbers they call from,
