Caller asked for someone else who lives in the house by name - after teh ususal telemarketing pause of silence..... When I explained they were not in and asked if I could take a message, the caller sounded annoyed that the person he called for was not in, and then HE HUNG UP. . Cold caller? Telemarketer? Rude - yes!

Hope this helps. I sent a letter of complaint to David Rushton the company director who agreed in writing to pay my full deposit back by October. has called every day at 10am for the last few weeks.They keep asking to speak to someone who does not live here, i have told them, and each time they have become defensive and aggressive. i have asked them to remove my number but they say no, they want to ask me questions. i have repeatedly said no and to remove my number, they responded no, they won't remove my number and will keep calling until i answer their questions. They say they are calling from Time Living - (or something similar?)
