Despite informing Vanquis that my financial affairs are being dealt with by a third party I continue to be harassed! I have come to the point of blocking any numbers I do not know. Interest on account has risen drastically and I no longer care, they can pee off. I was more than willing to come to an agreement but they are cowboys that think they can bully you into paying despite explaining circumstances have changed.

This is a landline from Londo, I don't know the name of the company, but the number is used for scam call with offer or accident claims - they will contact you with story to fill some personal data and you will receive some money... This number was given as the customer services number for a TOS/ call blocking service- something about confirming a direct debit of £21.99. Not sure they can set up a direct db it with just some information , I checked with bank and they said banks give guarantees , and have indemnity so much nlinkliey they can set anything up?

They are not exactly a debt collection company. They are a credit card company who follow up on missed payments or over-limit balances etc. So they do have a valid reason to call. However, even when you have spoken to them and agreed a payment/arrangement they call ENDLESSLY day and night on mobile and landline numbers and if you don t answer they keep cycling numbers. This is one of about 20 different numbers that they have used to my knowledge. If you have made an arrangement I suggest you ignore and

Looks like an attempted scam, pretending to be from OpenReach. spun some line about "slow internet speed" but wants access to "configure your router" and other details about your home computer/laptop. Strong Indian accent, highly suspicious. They hung up when I said I would access my router and check the config data myself rather than "let them configure it (remotely)"
