Call claiming to be from "ESO" and "working on behalf of Ofgem". Didn t actually say they were the "Energy Services Ombudsman" but I presume it was their hope that I d think they were official. Wanted to let me know that "changes to Ofgem rules" meant that we could opt out of contract renewals outwith the usual 90 day period.
