The cheeky b*st*rds even talk about registering for TPS is free. I am already registered so they are breaking the law as I understand it. Other sites suggest this is a scam. A little googling suggests this number is assigned to Magrathea Telecommunications Limited.

Rang my mobile, as I didn't recognise I was just going to stop the call, then it stopped itself. If it's OVO Energy cold calling, that's annoying as my husband and I use OVO for our gas and electricity, but the account is in his name and they only have our landline. I'm going to get my husband to ring them to tell them we don't want their cold calls. In fact this number is only 1 digit different to another call I had some time ago, which I assume is the same cold caller.
