I contacted Hotel Chocolate via their online chat and asked for my numbers to be removed from their telemarketing list. They were very polite and apologetic and said they will remove them.
Missed call from them, I rang back but said number not found????

A man, with thick Indian accent calles me from the British Institute of Finance... He lectured me rudely during the short conversationI and says I'll be receiving my money for a PPI in the next there working days. When I stop him saying I don't have any PPI, he starts swearing at me implacable LOL. After telling him I felt for him, I said I'll report him. He said we was happy to hear as he didn't have "anything to lose in life". He hung up on me. All very sad.
