Scam. Pretending to be from HMRC, about a letter sent.

They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.
DHL Scam. Don’t give them any information. They’re trying to get payment for unpaid import duty but somehow they’ve got access to DHL’s waybill numbers. But they’re so stupid they can’t even quote the correct amount!
Called many times by this number - saying the are energy support service - asked abut my boiler - called them back today to ask that they do not call me again, but they said something cryptic like if you keep calling us back we will call you again - then when I questioned what she said, she said I will take you off the database
Automated call, no one at other end when I answered, if in doubt, block it.

recorded message saying my VISA had been used fraudulently with a payment of £400 to Amazon and £700 to Wester Union and as I had never used Western Union it was suspicious and to press one to talk to someone. Definitely a scam. DO NOT PRESS ONE!! put the phone down and call your bank if you're worried.
