Had two calls from an Indian man claiming to be from the"National Accident Helpline" over the last 3 days one using this number and one using a international number 0037 1 99 99 99 99. Both times said it was about claiming compensation for a recent accident, since none of us have had a recent accident I told them never to ring us again and that as we are registered with TPS he was committing a criminal offence by ringing us. Called me today, unsolicited and tried to pretend to be someone that knew me and were over familiar. As soon as I challenged them they became rude and would not end the call. BLOCKED

Scammers are currently using this number saying they are carphone warehouse but its actually a legitimate number for a hotel in blackpool . Be careful

Bogus call purporting to be from BT, claiming to want to help with my broadband connection - but I don't have broadband with BT, the caller claimed to be calling from London but had a Blackburn area code. Clearly a phishing call trying to get personal information. When I asked for confirmation of my name the caller hung up.

01332 773892 just called me. Automated message from "HMRC". I chose to connect (dialled 1 as instructed) to give the scum a piece of my mind. Indian/Pakistani accented chap answered and asked what I wanted. I told him to be left the F alone and not get scum scammers calling me breaking the law. Needless to say he hung up. My god these people are SCUM.
