This number calls puporting to be a recrutiment agency, finds out your details and runs through a job description, that is in no way suited to skill base or salary range. Something an agency will never do. After the call, you will also realise that the person has not introduced themselves at all, by name,nor have they mentioned the company they are calling from.

Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.
