SCAM
Caller claimed to be from Sky asking me to check broadband speed. Did so but then he asked me to help by entering a control command on my computer. At that point I refused and disconnected the call. I am labelling this as scam because I am very suspicious as I don't believe a Sky engineer would ask me to do that.
