Fraud or SCAM - They pretended to be from Virgin Media and asked me to start the computer, click on the windows icon+r to open the run command. Then asked me to run assoc. They refused to send me an email or text right away so that i could verify their identity,

Ambulance chasing parasites. Tried to question why they were calling and they just put phone down. Pestered by these multiple times daily.
Unknown as I didn't answer, but it came shortly after another one purporting to be from Dunfermline, so my guess is spam.
SCAM. Claims to be BT trying to improve my security and wanting access to my broadband. I m not even with BT.
