I am yet another customer innocently trying to tax a vehicle with DVLA and then noticing a £10 charge on my mobile bill. I did get a text but didn't take much notice as you don't ever think you're going to be charged £10 for it! Apparently really easy to do from the DVLA website. Be warned, don't enter any details after clicking on a link on the DVLA website that then takes you off the website. I've emailed the two email addresses given above requesting a refund. Immediate update - I got an almost immediate reply to my emails and they say that although this is a one-off £10 charge for a 12-month reminder service for which they make it clear there is a charge (hmmmm) they will process an immediate refund via the Post Office. www.vehicleinformation.uk - I must have registered to find out the status of an MOT for a vehicle I was purchasing. Stupidly I did not realise that there was a £10 charge for this service. To be fair, if you go onto the website, it does clearly say there is a £10 monthly charge. I wouldnt recommend anybody doing this as you can get the same info for frr from the .Gov.uk website. I spoke to my mobile phone contreact provider, they recommended that I text "STOP" to the number and they credited me the £10 back

Just found out that £79•99 has been taken from my account by a cpmpamy called mgi. I didnt make the payment via card and had to call my bank to cancel my card. They told me i have to wait 3 days to see if the payment is taken as it is pending so i cant stop it. This is a joke and the company should be prosecuted for it. I want my money back. we all earn our money so why should we have to loose it like this. I feel sory for all those who have lost money to these people..
