In response to your comment Tony M please dont be so rude as to imply others are uneducated this number is a pain in the arse. They are now ringing my husbands mobile using one of their other numbers 0161 826 5780 all times of day they dont answer you when you pick it up there is always a voicemail message directing you to hold for their accounts dept and they DENY they are workin for Orange when you do get through so check your facts are correct before making rude assumptions about others.

Silent call
Indian gentleman claiming I had an outstanding claim in court for a car accident. When I asked which court he ended the call. Scam Avoid.

Fraud
This number is an accident claim company touting for business. They phoned and there was noone there, so returned their call and spoke to a guy in a call centre. He asked about a collision we d had in our vehicle, however we haven t had a collision in our vehicle. He said they get the numbers from insurance quote websites when someone has ticked that they have had an accident in the last 3 years.

Got a text from this number. “HSBC : A New Payee request was created from an unrecognised device. You can Authorise or Cancel this request via : HSBC.verify-safeguard.com” mega sus
Text message claiming to be Lloyds bank asking me to confirm a new payee on my account and asking me to click on a link. As I don't have an account with Lloyds and as I greatly doubt they would contact customers from a mobile number, I assume this to be a scam.
