Caller from this number claimed to be from EE network which was unbelievable due to thos callers total lack of professionalism and dreadful attitude. Obviously yet just another tedious no hoper trying to scam the vulnerable with all the brinkmanship, skill and dexterity of a toddler with a plastic sword. If this is the level our scammers are currently operating at, then we genuinely have very little to fear.
Called at 05:40am and hung up.
Said he (very foreign accent) was with the Telephone Preference Service and connected to BT. Knew I paid by direct debit. Wanted details from my Visa card which I refused. Phoned BT who confirmed this was a scam call.
