I was called by 02031877726 at 11:09 on Tues 16th Nov '21 by Holly from Service Plan Direct. She wanted to offer me insurance cover for our washing machine as the guarantee has expired. I asked for contact details to phone them back because I didn't want to make a decision over the phone. She said she can't give me a call back number.
