Potential (likely) scam.. recorded message pertaining to be from the Government, possibly a tax related fishing scam although not 100% sure as the beginning of the message didn't play. Hung up when it asked me to "press 1 to continue"
Robotic female voice said 'this is our last notification to you' then started speaking in what sounded like Cantonese.
