Sorry you re all getting harrassed by that. We recently got harrassed too by multiple numbers, be it America, Germany etc. These are the very famous people from India with their "Microsoft Technical Support". Don t answer calls that are from outside the UK or wherever you live in and dont even answer numbers that are too short to even be valid.
Recorded message telling me my internet provider was going to cut me off. I terminated the call at that point.

Got a missed call from this numbera few days ago, when I called back it was engaged. But I had another call from another strange number and when I didn t answer I got a text to say to ring another number as it was to do with activity on my visa debit card. Seems a bit dodgy to me.

This number called and left no message on my mobile so I called it back from my work landline. It is a company who said they were calling me about my recent all inclusive holiday that I was due to get a refund from to be sent to my home address. Told her I hadn't had an all inclusive holiday and she said she would remove my details from the system - impossible since I didn't tell her who I was or gave my number.
