Further to my comment on 18/05/2017. I called Oxygen8 and they were very nice and incredibly helpful. I made clear that I had never given permission for my account to be billed and asked for a refund of the £154.00 billed over the past 9 months. I gave them my bank details and the amount was refunded in full within 7 days. They did not ask for evidence and had their own records related to my phone number. I initially left a voicemail and my call was returned within a couple of hours.
