Caller hung up when I picked up the phone.
This number kept calling me and there was just silence at the other end whenever I answered. Once there was a man s voice saying "hello?" but the following calls were just silence. Either it s a hoax or someone who can t work a phone well!

If that was really the case then why don't they have your address? Ask them for your IP address as the only way your "computer" could show up on a BT server is with an IP address (except BT don't monitor for this sort of thing and wouldn't phone you up about it). Answering this number gives rise to a recorded message threatening legal action and arrest for tax evasion, and an option to press a number for further action. I rang off, but this looks like a dangerous phishing call that is after personal details (banking details). As it comes from a Westminster landline it should be easy to trace and shut down. It should be investigated by by the police.
I Picked up. it's about ppi.etc etc. Don't bother picking up!
I didnt answer because it was an unknown number but they left a voicemail which sounded like a robot saying I needed to call them back with my solicitor and they threatened to push for legal actions if I delete the voicemail or ignore them
