SCAM Caller purported to be from BT, worried that a third party was trying to change my IP address from private to public. I ended the call before I discovered whether they were trying to get payment or download software.

Called twice today by this number. The Silent Treatment! No sound, no voices. Very Irritating. I did phone KnowHow Service this morning but not at this number. I was told to expect a return call from their Service agent in 2-4 days.

Answered phone, was asked for by name then the caller hung up. phoned the number back to receive the message "Welcome to ANS Nationwide. No incoming call facilities are available" (or something along those lines)

Almost certainly a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER TRY TO RETURN A CALL to an unknown number and NEVER PRESS A...
