Automated Bot, saying, and not joking: "This is visa or mastercard from your bank. A payment of ?600 has been authorised to a foreign country. Please press 1 now." Couldn t be anymore vague.

Santander just won t listen. A while ago Halifax was heavily fined for this type of behaviour. Keep a note of times, dates etc they phone you and report them. They are wrong when they claim to have the right to call you whenever they like to. Report them and they will all have to stop this annoying nonsense.
