Recorded message inviting me to press button 1 as my BT broadband had been hacked. Rubbish! I didn't bother pressing button 1. Seems a coincidence that a similar number ending 519 leaves messages that the Amazon Prime account has expired.

Fraud - Recorded message claimed to be from HMRC saying a fraud had been committed on my tax account. A warrant for my arrest had been issued and if I didn’t press 1 immediately then the Police would be round very shortly to arrest me

Phoned 0900hrs and did not leave a message.
ALLAY CLAIMS - right lot of fraudulent bast**ds, scammers, thieves & extortionists. Look them up on www.trustpilot.com as well as lots of other websites. They forge signatures on documents and then try to extort money claiming the signed document is original. Best bet is put in complaints to all the toothless regulators and hope enough others do the same and maybe someone will take them off the financial systems. Maybe time for lighting the blue touchpaper.....!!!!!

Someone claiming to be a solicitor texted with a message saying it was urgent to contact them and left a reference code.
This company seems to be posing as a genuine company so that should you talk to a person and they give you the company name and you google them you ll come up with a genuine reliable company - but the real companies number is on the site and doesn t match this number at all. They are posing as Mark Group - should you get to speak to a person ask them for the company name before agreeing to give them your info. Then pretend you know them, tell them they ve helped you already and have provided you with both
