Claimed they were from United Utilities - Seemed to know where I live and what my name was. Just wanted to know if I owned the commercial property below my building, and that’s as it. A bit suspicious, should’ve asked them why they wanted to know.

Keep calling to make appointments for work not required. Have asked to be removed from list and have also told person at end of phone that I am not interested - BUT still they ring.
Insurance Trying to get me to take out boiler cover. I informed them I was with the telephone preference service and said it was illegal for them to call me. He laughed and said it wasnt. I stated I had not asked for them to call me so I would report them. He then hung up.
