I determined that the call was computer generated because it was received on the answering machine with the first part of the message cut off because it didn t wait for my message to be sent out
Called today, I didn't give them time to finish and have reported it to Talktalk so hopefully - as per the comment from Jamiek - it will get barred from their network.

Got a fax through from this number today. To unsubscribe your number it says to send an email to [email?protected] with remove number in the subject line. Done that and blocked the number on our fax so fingers crossed
