Scam Phone call, do not trust!

Woman called just before noon, Monday 9 October, starting going on about some offer for people on benefits. I quickly told her what to do, and have now blocked the number: 01614646175 This business of harassing, nuisance, cold phone calls should be illegal, but our government does bloody nothing about it, shameful!
Safe number
SCAM......typical automated call telling me there were 2 suspect transactions pending on my card of £300 & £1100.......and to press 1 if not me.....yeah as if!!!! Called my Bank instead as the Tel No originated in Oslo and I know my bank is based in U.K.

I have blocked these numbers. The trouble is that they keep changing their spoof number, so it's a moving target. I have 44 blacklisted.

Man phoned said we are the home owner who have had the government loft insulation put in recently, I said you must have the wrong number as we are an office, to which he promptly put the phone down !!

I've received a call from this number 4 days in a row, approximately the same time each day. Starts with recorded message saying my National Insurance No has been breached, press 1 OR they are calling from amazon regarding an iPhone I supposedly ordered at a ridiculous price. Asking if I want to continue with my purchase. Of course they don't take no for an answer. These people have no shame. Beware
