SCAM claimed to be from Royal Mail re 'a parcel' . Hard to understand dreadful accent. I ended call saying not expecting any parcels but please send to local delivery office who would sort with me.

I have appalling reception in the London city building I work in (why in the heart of London is the phone reception so bad?) so I actually kept saying pardon or can you please repeat .
