Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? Called six times 13th April 2023 during the course of the day from late afternoon right up until 19.27hrs, no messages left, we don't answer our landline, just for broadband and anyone that knows us will call our mobiles, so expect this is some sort of sales call or scam, blocked it, definitely don't wanna be talking to anyone from Vietnam, Binh Dinh, really, unwanted nuisance calls!

It seemed that the caller at the other end of the telephone may have been AI rather than an actual person as 'he' didn't actually comment on what I had answered but just went onto the next question. I therefore asked if it was a real person or AI and if it was AI, then I wasn't interested, and hung up.

This is for the government eco4 scheme, the gentleman who called was trying to qualify people for the free incentive. from what I gather they are putting people through to government contractors, if you qualify. I have oil heating, so i was told that there was no funding at the moment. polite gentleman, who said that if i did qualify all the contactors that are assigned to the customer can be checked on line or through cheka trade etc. any company that can be checked through those measures sounds ok.

SCAM received a txt message saying this was the post office, who attempted to deliver a parcel, providing name and link to contact them back. I investigated the number- registered only 2 month ago in another UK city, web site identified this number as belonging to the Russian Federation.
