Pretends to be from BT. They already have some of your personal information to gain your confidence. They ask you to confirm a pass code that they send to your phone or email which gives them access to your BT account and more personal information. They then try to get you to log on to your computer etc.

I have received calls from 02920822695 and 02920822696 everyday for about a fortnight to my mobile. I have ignored it most of the time but when I do answer they don t speak to me.

He has children and he is working from home scanning innocent former customers of talktalk. Assholes in talktalk keep selling data of former customers and the list is never stop circulating.
