If you look at the sites for Nexbridge and Dialsure you will see that they offer equipment to call centres which give out local area numbers which match the area they are calling.

Called me, hung up, I called back, a woman answered and said hello, I asked who they were, they hung up, I called straight back and a man answered wanting my details for a PPI claim. I refused to give any details and hung up.

Said they where from Barclays fraud team. Scam call. Not a Barclays number

Asked the caller for his name and name of the company he worked for. He just kept repeating my name, saying 1twas the same as his. I told him to remove my number from his list but he refused to do so saying it wasn t possible. I ve now blocked it.

This number has rang several times per day for 3 weeks and never leaves a message. When you answer you can hear someone breathing and background noise but no one speaks. Beware. Very fishy.

Where has this number come from?

Told me I had been in road accident. Refused to clarify. I asked for their details they refused. I told them I wanted them to report them to TPS they hung up. They need taking for court for compensation and time wasting.

Non stop calls since last Wednesday, sometimes three times a day. I don?t know anyone from Scotland and I?m not signed up to any sort of company in Scotland. I very rarely give out my number to people who aren?t family, so I?m very confused as to how the ?company? has my information. It?s definitely a dodgey number by all accounts.

This number rang this a.m. As I didn t recognise the number, I ignored it.

They ring me today and didn’t pick up

Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!

Female caller with American accent informs there has been several security breaches with IP address and to press a phone key button for technical support. Don t be fooled.
